Small-holder coffee producers often go unacknowledged in the artisanal coffee ecosystem as roasters often purchase beans from aggregators for whom the logistics involved in tracing an origin can be quite challenging. Komban Kampini's location in the supply chain, with our responsibilities ranging from post-harvest processing to roasting, enable us to meaningfully bridge this gap through diligent documentation, so that we are able to give credit where credit is due.
